<p>PS: I should also share the fact that I have seen some incredible results using this next-to-free direct mail tool. <p>Indent the first line of each paragraph</p>
<p>Double space between paragraphs</p>
<p>Use short paragraphs (even one sentence paragraphs)</p>
<p>Use spaces or gaps in the paragraph.  When we talk &#8211; we pause.  And it should be the same while reading. So use pauses in your writing as well to flow like we speak.  You can use the &#8211; or &#8230; to indicate a pause.  Use them as you would while speaking.</p>
<p>Read it out loud &#8211; if you stumble over certain words or structure &#8211; redo it until it flows.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: x-small; font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">With the best last name in the Olympics, the  incredible US Snowboarder, Shaun White, showed up all of  his competitors with an impressive display of ingenuity, talent,  persistence and secret training.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: x-small; font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Not sure if you have heard his story before,  I will quickly recap it as there are some great lessons there. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: x-small; font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Red Bull took a shining to  Shaun White</span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: x-small; font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">They saw his natural talents for ripping up  the half pipes and decided it would be a great idea to build  him HIS OWN secret half pipe. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: x-small; font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">A full-size halfpipe, accessible only by  helicopter, that included a foam pit at the bottom for him to  rehearse the more dangerous tricks.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: x-small; font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">No one knew about it. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: x-small; font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">No one could watch him train. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: x-small; font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">No one had a clue that he was secretly  inventing new tricks and techniques that had never been seen.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: x-small; font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">And when he start to strut his stuff at the  snowboard competitions&#8230; he trounced the competition!</span></span></p>

I really  pushed myself as far as I could go, not only to have to invent  these tricks but actually have do them, and then win.”</span></span></p>

<p>If you don&#8217;t have persistence, competitiveness and downright<br />
pig-headed determination tattooed to your forehead, you will never<br />
make it in your own business.</p>

<p>Get a job.</p>
<p>Entrepreneurship is only for those who can handle criticism from<br />
others.  I can&#8217;t tell you how many times in the past 8 years in<br />
business I have heard negative cr@p from those in my circle of<br />
friends, and from those on my ezines.</p>
<p>At first, it definitely hurt.  I would take it personally&#8230; and it would change the way<br />
I thought about my future.</p>
<p>Over time, I realized those who complain the loudest and<br />
criticize those who are trying to help, are the ones that will<br />
never go anywhere in life and are doomed to a life of mediocrity<br />
and self-fulfilling doom and gloom.</p>
<p>Good on them (I have a few of them as relatives and they drive<br />
me nuts).</p>
<p>Those who are supportive of your dreams and ambitions are like<br />
rare treasures that you must protect, and keep nurturing at your<br />
side.</p>
<p>The one skill I have found most critical to success in your own<br />
business is the ability to roll with the punches and follow the<br />
signs in front of you.</p>

It means that you must have a dream to pursue, a &#8220;Big Hairy<br />
Audacious Goal&#8221; or &#8220;BHAG&#8221;, as one person I know likes to call it.<br />

<p>Virgin Mobile loves to leverage Richard Branson&#8217;s passion for adrenaline&#8230; and has made November 19th National Fearless Day.<br />
They are actively out there looking for Canada&#8217;s most fearless person.</p>
<p>They have tied the promotion in to the message that Virgin customers don&#8217;t have to fear high data rates so they can tweet and surf the web fearlessly.</p>
<p>Virgin cites a national survey that revealed 49% of Canadians consider themselves &#8216;fearless&#8217;&#8230; and &#8216;riding a rollercoaster&#8217;  was the most commonly reported example of fearless behavior.</p>

<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">Before you discount anything, let me explain.</p>
<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">The recession is ruled by fear. It may seem like a common notion, but did you know the influence of negative emotions is a lot more wide-ranging than you think?</p>
<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">The great economist John Maynard Keynes said people&#8217;s economic decisions, in both good times and bad times, are driven by &#8220;animal spirits&#8221;. Primitive psychological tendencies that we all possess.</p>
<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">For example, when times are good, you become bold and then you get comfortable. On the other hand, when times are bad, you become fearful. Driven into fight-and-flight mode.</p>
<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">Even as recently as March 13 2009, President Obama&#8217;s National Economic Council head Lawrence Summers noted in his speech that the economic crisis has led to an &#8220;excess of fear&#8221; that must be reversed.</p>
<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">That&#8217;s the main reason why your prospect is grabbing on to their wallets for dear life. Why businesses are tumbling right, left and center like a sack of potatoes. Why retail outlets are on perpetual sales mode and slashing prices just to get by.</p>
<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">Why everyone&#8211;including you perhaps&#8211;seem to be suffering.</p>

<p class="ListParagraphCxSpMiddle">I get an average of 2000 hits per article in space of 2 days without even spending a cent. Never in history has a medium being able to deliver oodles of social proof at so minimum a price.</p>
